I’d like to tell you about another Great dividend paying stock I’ve been researching. I say great but maybe I should just say Good because the stock ticker is good, G-O-O-D.
The company is Gladstone Commercial. Gladstone is a Real Estate Investment Trust or Reit based out of Virginia.
They run lean with only 67 employees but they pay a dividend of 7.78% as of shooting this video.
The company was started in 2003 so they’ve been in business for about 18 years and commercial real estate with a focus on industrial real estate.
Gladstone is not quite back to where it was before the pandemic lock down. However they still have some upside and as long as the economy continues to open and do well.
A unique thing about Gladstone is they are the first dividend stock I’ve researched and shared with my community that pays monthly dividends so if you decide to place money with them you will see monthly income generated off of their profits vs quarterly or annual dividends.
The company has paid a dividend for 53 months in a row without interruption and evening during the lock down they paid a dividend which is a sign of strength and commitment to stock holders.
